I think that the &#039;R&#039; has been missing in CRM implementations since the beginning and VRM could help put it back.

There have been furious discussions about it and I have always been on the side of - well, we do need something better to describe the enormity of what VRM is trying to do but as I can&#039;t come up with anything snappy, I am going along with it... and try to help people understand what it&#039;s about.
