Hah! I wasn’t expecting that. I thought the building in the first video was a construction site, not a demolition site. And, like you say, you expect all development to be more office blocks.
This kind of thing couldn’t happen in London any more. I wonder how it happens in Berlin. What kind of argument is made for it that manages to hold its own against the religion of economic progress?
